Gamuda Cove Clubhouse serves both the exclusive private residential precincts and the broader public recreational community. The architectural design adopts a sanctuary-inspired concept, establishing a strong visual and spatial dialogue with the surrounding Wetlands Arboretum through the integration of biophilic design principles, native aquatic landscapes, and seamless indoor–outdoor spatial continuity.
