Starbucks @ Jade Hills is designed with a contemporary minimalist architectural language, expressed through a pavilion-inspired form that promotes visual openness and a strong connection to its surrounding landscape. The building envelope is defined by expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, maximising daylight penetration and reinforcing indoor–outdoor spatial continuity, while the exposed heavy timber structural frame articulates the tectonic expression of the building, providing both structural integrity and material warmth.
